Abstract
Effects of moxibustion at the Naegwan and kongson on analgesia and blood picture in mouse were determined.
The numbers of writhing syndrome in the Naegwan and kongson moxibution group showed a how value compared with those of control group(p<.05). The times of moxibustion affected to analgesia and the numbers of writhing syndrome showed a tendency to decrease with increase of the times of moxibustion.
The numbers of writhing syndrome in the six-times moxibustion group showed a low value compared with those of times moxibustion group.
The counts of RBC showed no significant difference among treatment group however, in the Naegwan and kongson moixbustion group(p>.05), the value of PVC and hemoglobin showed a high value compared with those of other treatment group(p<.05).
The counts of WBC and Neutrophils showed a high value(p<.05) and the counts of Lymphocytes showed a low value in the Naegwan and kongson moxibustion group compared with those of other treatment group(p<.05).
Results from this study indicate that the moxibustion at the Naegwan and kongson will affect analgesia in mouse.
